RATE INFORMATION

$150.00/plus mileage ~ Wedding Ceremony with Solo Trumpet

$650.00/plus mileage ~ Wedding Ceremony with Brass Quintet

BOOKING PROCEDURE

 

Below is a general summary of the steps needed to hire either the Windsor Brass Ensemble, or a solo trumpet player to perform at a wedding.  Please remember that nothing is final until contracts are signed and exchanged.

 

1. Make initial contact with us by phone or e-mail to confirm we are available on the date of your wedding.  If the date is available, we will quote a price for our services.

 

2. Mail a deposit to us to reserve your date.  Required deposits are $50 for solo trumpet or $150 for brass quintet, made payable to Gary Albrecht.  The remainder of the fee will be due the day of the wedding, just prior to the wedding ceremony.  Mail to Gary Albrecht, 1765 McKnight Road N, Maplewood, MN 55109.

 

3. Review the sound clips on the Windsor Brass website to choose your music.  Be sure to review your music selections with church officials, your wedding coordinator, and organist, to ensure the music you choose is acceptable to everyone involved.  Please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail with any questions you may have about musical selections.

 

4. Print and complete the contract on the Windsor Brass website.  The contract will specify the music you have selected, and provide contact names and phone numbers of the musicians we will be performing with.  Mail completed contracts to Gary Albrecht, 1765 McKnight Road N, Maplewood, MN 55109.

 

5. We sign and return a copy of the contract to you.

 

6. We contact the other musicians to schedule music rehearsals the week preceding the wedding.

 

7. The remainder of our fee is due the day of the wedding, just prior to the wedding ceremony.

 

8. Wedding takes place!
